| Q3.Can unused or incorrectly purchased top-up cards be refunded? | |
A: "No Returns Top up cards can be redeemed at any time. Once the purchase is confirmed, the transaction is considered complete. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please carefully check the items and quantities in your shopping cart before completing your purchase to protect your rights." |

A: "Our company uses electronic invoices. If your invoice has won, please first print it at a multimedia kiosk in a 7-Eleven or FamilyMart store. After printing, claim your prize at the designated redemption partner according to the prize amount. How to Print Your Winning Invoice Go to “Profile” and select “Invoice Details”, then click on the instructions for redeeming your winning invoice to view the complete prize claim process. Please be sure to bring your ID (ARC) when claiming your prize." |

A: "Please click “Forgot Password.” The system will automatically send a temporary password to your mobile phone via SMS. After logging in with the temporary password, please immediately reset a new login password. Expired barcodes will no longer work. If your barcode expires, tap “Show Payment Code” to get a new one. 2. If the order has expired, please place a new order before making payment." |

A: "After placing an order, youcan pay at the four major convenience stores in Taiwan: 7‑Eleven, FamilyMart, OK Mart, and Hi-Life. 1.7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life – A barcode will be displayed on your phone. You can go directly to the counter at FamilyMart or Hi-Life, show the barcode, and complete the payment .* Note: The barcode is valid for 10 minutes only. If the barcode expires, please update it; the system will automatically generate a new payment barcode 2.OK Mart – A payment code will be displayed on your phone. Please go to the OK Mart machine (OK-go) to print the payment slip, then pay at the counter. How to view the payment barcode: Go to ‘Order History’ and click ‘Show Payment Code’ to view the payment barcode. Show the barcode to the store clerk for scanning, and make sure the amount displayed at the register matches your order amount before completing the payment." |
